What we do
Disciple-making is about three things: truth, relationship, and life. Our discipleship curriculum is the Word of God itself, and our teacher is the Holy spirit. That means we have to know God’s Word and abide in the Spirit in order to disciple someone else.

Discipling Our Children
All over scripture, we are commanded to make disciples (see Matthew 28:19-20, 2 Timothy 2:2 for a few examples). As parents, we are commanded to teach our children the ways of the Lord, to pass on our faith to the next generation. I think Deuteronomy 6 is a really helpful chapter on both the why and the how of discipling our children. For the why we will look specifically at verses 4-7a

Why Some Kids Struggle and How we Help
We always try to understand why some kids have trouble learning to read, how to target the problem, and how to help a struggling reader with self-esteem issues.
Some kids have a learning disability that makes reading difficult to learn. Others come to school without the literacy experiences they need to become readers. Some children struggle because they’ve received poor or inadequate reading instruction. When these and other risk factors are identified early, though, many children’s reading difficulties can be prevented and thats why we are Here
